My guess is both parties further advanced discussion towards the finalization - especially regarding the indemnities, specifically. I’m obviously hopeful they nailed it down 100%, but I am also aware that they may be discussing the litigation issues to prevent from muddling things. So I’m saying it’s either in the books or even closer than ever. I believe it will pay quite well when the merger concludes. I’m far more excited than concerned. In fact, to be able to continue to buy at .015 is pretty amazing to me. We’ll know something soon folks.
