LOL. Reality is that beliefs and I hope are useless unless backed by some facts. The first fact,which is missing is whether there is a NDA and if so, what does it include. E.g. Does it include who the negotiating parties are; is it all inclusive as to terms being negotiated; is it a selective NDA, only excluding certain particulars.

Most abstract beliefs, expect, and hopes are counterproductive because they distract us from reality.

So; what facts do we have? Mr. Morgan has told us that:
The intended target is lithium connected
Lilac is not the intended target
Negotiations are in process
Meeting cancelled due to inclement weather
New meeting was to be held yesterday 12/21/2021
Nothing was promised that it would be the final meeting
Nothing was promised that we (iHubers) would be apprised of the results
