The only event that matters is a 10k and this CEO clearly has made a decision NOT to put it out. It's over folks until the 10k gets filed. This CEO is in trouble and until the 10k is out he will stay isolated . Shame on the board for not mandating this. Regulators are watching all the manipulations going on including exaggerated press releases and not allowing sellers the right to exit. 10k Uber or its game over. Going back to eating my 6 Caramels a day - Butter's has put on some weight. Good news - Boys & Girls still working hard on this .
