Pfizer has partnered with HLS in Canada for the marketing of Vascepa ...Pfizer has also already partnered with Eddingpharm for the marketing in China of some of Pfizer's other drugs...Pfizer may wish to add Vascepa to its list of drugs that it markets in China...and they can well afford to be an early minority investor in Eddingpharm prior in an IPO....This would serve Pfizer's purpose of giving them a foothold in China and also serve their purpose of helping to launch Pfizer drugs and Vascepa earlier and better in China.
