The impact of DILUTION is the least understood basic investing concept in pink land. Pink sheet trading only exists due to ignoring the impact of gross dilution. And what is more entertaining is the impact of it, the selling of diluted shares pushing down the price, is instead blamed on the invisible boogie man "manipulating" the stock.
