I might have mis-remembered. I thought George said he would be surprised if it wasn't OTCQB by the end of November. I apologize if I am wrong.

As far as George lying, I was being a bit sarcastic. George is highly deceptive. Everything from saying he kept the reverse split secret to protect investors from themselves to saying the reverse split would force all shorts to cover to saying he has no intention of disposing of HMBL shares at depreciated values. Much of what he says might be semantically true if you carefully parse the words but overall it's lie.
