I just LOVE the pennyvestors chasing gambling losses by averaging down zero, rationalizing their increasing losses all the way to No Bid x 0.0001 and zero volume. Some even after revocation and deletion of the ticker.

Funnier is that many just move from one pennyscam to another until they run ~OUTT of chips and disappear.

Why no REITS for shajandr? I already own enuff real estate as a percentage of diversification, I don't want to allocate more to RE. And the REITS with commercial RE (shopping malls, strip malls, tilt-ups for office space, high rise office space) are exposed to the feed-forward unwinding that residential RE saw in 2008-2010 and the S&L crisis of 1990-1992 and Resolution Trust.
