As a current observer for now. You and your buddies really take the cake. Where do you come up with this? "Noone in SEC is watching him" ??? How the heck do you know who anyone in the SEC is watching? You don't! Nevermind, they certainly are not watching and old man who has been up to date with all filing. 8K's when necessary etc. "the loans are still fake, for the now." ???? Are you serious? What are they fake but tomorrow they will be real? If you deem fit and to say so? ANYONE who actually takes you or anything you and your group say seriously are complete morons. Period. Equivalent to ads you don't care about or look at. But have to put up with because they are just everywhere. In plain english.....PHIL has taken a lot more time than anyone including Henry has thought. Reality is it just does. He's not baking a cake. He needs to close and complete various things.
