So grateful for Marjac and all the work that he has done leading to an oral hearing! I know it is still a longshot but the best chance we have right now to right this wrong!
Someone on Stocktwits mentioned the possibility that the opposition may also be watching this board and see the strategies being discussed that will help them prepare. Wonder if the legal minds should keep the discussions private now? Catch the opposition off guard. They are not publicly discussing their strategy - whatever that may be. Keeping it private and under wraps from this point onwards might be best strategy?
