Nothing by EOY if one believes the $50 PPS plus 60 days theory.
Best case scenario with that theory would be March.
So Very close would mean 1/2 a year from his post. Go COOP

Where is AZ. It would be nice to hear his perspective on where we are right now and what we can expect EOY with escrow. In his previous messages he seemed to have great confidence that the BOD will do the right thing. I'm not that confident that they will when money is in mix. I think they will find some way to get around paying escrow....this is why they have so many lawyers in their employment.
