Better still,google “ private placement terms and conditions”.In a Nut shell…when you buy PP shares there is usually a share with warrants to be exercised,there is a waiting period to clear&deposit shares and a different period for exercising warrants which have a price tag on them.
Warrants once paid for become regular shares and the cash paid into the company..
A Share is a share once terms&conditions are met.
