I think she or company realized that she hit the wall and reached her limits.
'New' guy has been within company for a while now as well so he understands challenges at least within the US so for me it sounds like for now he will target expansion globally wherever regulations are more friendly for hemp.
He definitely is more 'international' type of a guy with global connections including financing.
Personally I'm also hoping that his name is going to be more known and trusted within bigger investors.
We shall see what kind of changes he will bring that Elsner didnt.
