If the trial failed they would have had to tell us by now. If it did fail and they didn’t say anything they will be punished civilly and possibly criminally depending on what they were doing with their stock accounts. That said, I can’t see this being a scam after 18 years. You just don’t turn into a criminal after this long. If there was wrong doing it would have been uncovered by now. I’m all in and this will have its day.
