Dear Lord, Thank you for this marvelous week. thank you for bringing us into this new day and giving us another chance at life.

As we all anticipate this merger we would like to first thank you for this opportunity to even be a part of this potential merger.

Please protect the CEO Morgan as he embarks on the journey you have laid out in front of him.

Give him the courage to articulate his words with kindness and grace.

Give him the strength to allow him to conclude this merger not only for his family but for the family of the shareholders as well.

Give him wisdom and the ability to continue to be as transparent and honest. if he falls short of this forgive him lord and have mercy not only on him, but on us shareholders as well.

Although we do not know the future of the merger agreement. We are thankful and grateful for ALL that you have done for us oh lord.
