Well, he is still a defendant in the SEC civil suit, which is frozen at least until discovery in the DOJ criminal case closes.

I can't imagine any private plaintiff would pay for a lawsuit against brokeass defendants - no chance of actual recoverable money judgement.

The SEC disgorgement, fines, interest will bury Bennie for the rest of his life. He is now unemployable as a financial employee. Right now he is 'consulting' and prolly so low income that he qualifies for Obamacare subsidy. Or Medicaid.
