But the last two lines of the ORIGINAL Kura table, which were CROPPED from the table, showed that the rise in APO-B in the active group on EPA as opposed to the placebo group was 'NS' (i.e.non significant)

First, there is no placebo group. Second, all the NS's were left intact in the "cropped" table.


One of my bigger problems with EPADI attorney is he applauds this type of misinformation rather than correcting it. Because to correct it would be to admit what information really was cropped, which then prompts the need to go into contortions about how this missing non-material information represents a fraud. When asked directly, HK took the tact of answering with 600 words, none of which directly addressed the issue. If people don't think that HIKMA/Reddy are salivating over the chance to put the cropped and non-cropped versions of Table 3 on a Powerpoint slide next to each other in Court, then they don't understand how this works. And that's when all the air goes out of the fraud balloon that ziploc and others continue to inflate with flatulence.
