Bouf...In this case, there was a fraud/mistake that was copied by the Judge verbatim into her decision papers as a reason for her decision...this is a situation that is begging for redress.

We must make sure that fraud/ mistakes, obviously affecting a Judges decision, do not go without consequences....despite the ulterior motives of Amarin management or their attorneys not to pursue the fraud/mistakes.

This case represents an exceptionally fragrant abuse of justice!
