Yep. Finally the County is getting around to it.. .. This could be good news as long as they stick with it! And don't go back around through all the outstanding permits they still have not yet completed from 2020. The blame here falls on the Pinellas County permits office. Yes, there were 'revisions required' but those were marked with due dates long since passed.. .. to now finally be assigned on 12/17.
