The $3.5 bilion loans are fake. Lenders don't exist. $Phil can't borrow much more then $10 milion in one shot and only as loans secured by promissory notes convertible to shates at 50% discount.

So borrowing $1 to convert its value to $2 in dilluted shares to buy back $1 in shares will never reduce the number of outstanding shares.
