Hi YoPro,I think to answer your comment. In the these last 3 years AMPG changed in a negative manner only caring about getting on NASDAQ. They hired too many employees for their size. They are in a difficult situation. Their products are not special.
Their ISO9001 Quality certificate looks to be fake. Please comment on this.

They they bought Spectrum that is a DISTRIBUTOR and NOT manufacturer. NO technology & NO IP. They sell to a different market. But AMPG needs to show a profit. So they moved down to being a distributor of lagging age technology in a completely different market. Nothing complimentary.

AMPG lost their identity.
Their new identity is a distributor of old technology.
I would think the acquisition of Spectrum is concerning.
