Just a thought of what may be happening.. Jan thru March are well known very good months in otc land. Mms vigorously held rsi above 30 for 8 months straight. Now let it drop down to 22 all the sudden.. why? I believe they know good news and a bull run is coming so they let rsi drop this low now to give it that much more room to run when it goes. Start from 20 instead of 40 makes sense to me.. i do get that some of this is people are just fed up and selling for tax reasons etc... but there is more than that at play. Imo. Just a thought
