Mac salad is pretty easy. Cook the macaroni chill it, cut up some onions, celery and I also add cherry tomatoes cut in half.

Some mayo a dash of vinegar and lots of celery seed.

I add all the ingredients after the mac chills then save some separately for the wife since she doesn't like mayo and she uses ranch instead.

Now potato salad is a pain. I boil them skins on then peel them with a serrated knife. I use eggs in mine but I have an old fashion egg slicer that lets you dice the eggs.

I do add celery and onions to mine, mayo, vinegar and celery seed.

Wife passes since she doesn't do eggs.
