(1) In December 2020, we entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with a distributor for pilot sales of Vascepa in
Hainan province according to the PRC laws and regulations regulating urgent clinical needs for imported drugs, and
therefore generated revenue of RMB3.5 million from sales of Vascepa in the six months ended June 30, 2021.
