It's becoming evident that SEC investigation has helped.

Someone, somewhere told Zion that they don't need to issue press releases to keep their investors informed. Strategic use of SEC forms can be even more effective as a legal platform to provide inside information.

This week we learned through SEC filings that we have been given the go ahead to conduct a secondary offering to raise funds just like when we IPO'd.

We are setting up a DSPP package that is going to be available at some point in time.

We now upgrading our DSPP with a new Dividend reinvestment feature.

IMHO, Zion is making use of SEC documents to LEGALLY provide inside information to its more persistent investors.

This is a whole other level of sophistication.
