First of all - the float didn’t go up. Second - they own the shares, aren’t part of the company, and just like any of us can sell whenever they want.
Third - these aren’t a bunch of broke fools who will sell at these prices for grocery money.
Fourth - The Preferred B’s and warrants have been factored into the price for 8 months, and they have plenty of restrictions on them.

There is a lot that the company has accomplished, and they are primed to launch all of their products and services globally, with a huge marketing campaign. Everyone knows it. And IMO the share price will go way up from here.
