Oh, but their hands are tied! It seems they are strapped for cash. In fact, Walther has already had more than one post put out that the company is looking for major capital.

It is just very odd that the board is told that Phil Schaefer is a billionaire, but the company has been quite public about its need to dig up money. $250,000.00 is chicken feed to a billionaire.
