WONDERING ONE OF TWO THINGS: 1) Did Zion have a lack of information for investors because of lawsuit fears (as in announcing MJ 1 possible find too soon)? OR . . . 2) Do they now put themselves at more of a lawsuit risk because of their lack of information, thus not giving investors information they need to make a prudent decision? IS THE ANSWER 1 or 2, or perhaps something else? What do you think?
