I'm betting that it is. I don't know anymore than the next person, but I genuinely believe that it is friends, or CC wouldn't maintain absolute silence on the matter.

I think it's more interesting to think about the audited financials... and why they have not yet been released.

My theory is that there is a partner taking an equity stake in ENZC via the open market, and the process is not quite over - so, they don't want to file the audited fins yet because that would reveal this.
