I believe the SEC extended the time so that DBMM could get the CE off via FINRA and OTCMarkets...then they will let it go and say that since FINRA took it off and they have been current for years, the issue was moot with SEC, although they could have revoked, in their heart of hearts it was not warranted at this time.

They will say something to save face.
