That's exactly right. The fully diluted share count should already be factored in. If Humbl ever pays a dividend, it will be divided among 7 billion shares, not the currently outstanding number of shares nor the number of unrestricted stock. The value of any company is completely based on the amount of dividends or other cash that the company ultimately returns to its shareholders. Humbl is no different.

If someone believes in Humbl's future and wants to analyze the company, they need to calculate based on Humbl's fully diluted market cap of about $3 billion.
