I believe this is a misconception, we know they all die, we know we all die.

Is not about if they die or not, is how they die.

Do they die with higher memory recall, less agitation and longer time span?

Without a control group you will not be able to figure these out.

Is it due to the drug or prolonged fasting for a example?

Every experiment needs a control group in my opinion.
