Mrmain, Ideally, the activist investor is well connected and one never
knows but perhaps they have an inkling that AMRN is BO bait. If you
were a BP that might be interested would it not make sense to get a
friendly activist investor onboard first? Anyway, from KM's public
statements it sounds as if he'd be willing to consider any "reasonable"
offer. We as small investors have no way of knowing what the BOD may want,
or perhaps how much they want. I can't see any reason the AMRN BOD would
want to GIA if they had a reasonable offer. Hopefully, that is the
mission of KM. If not, then he would likely partner for major territories
such as the UK or France. I am hoping that KM is keeping the best areas
open in case a viable BO offer happens. So far, some recent deals have
been kept close to the vest and not leaked before their announcement.
Maybe the same will happen someday with AMRN.
