Walther & Windsor are the anchors, not Adelstein. Walther was CEO for 4 years before Adelstein showed up and lent him money. In those 4 years the PPS languished in the trips. After Adelstein lent the money, the PPS rose to .04. Then, when Walther & Windsor decided to defraud Adelstein, he left and the price collapsed again.

When Adelstein was around the PPS went up. When he was no longer around the PPS collapsed. Just sayin ...
