He won in the sense that he pocketed $250,000.00 that belonged to the shareholders and got shareholders to pay his attorney fees with shareholder loans, and then he put the shareholders on the hook for the $656,000.00 he lost in court. Oh. yes ... and the shareholders no longer have their manufacturing subsidiary.

One thing is for certain, the shareholders didn't win.
