100% they have held this down for months! Every time good news it starts to gain momo and then bam, 8 mil sell to drive it back down ... when you see 1, 10 ,100 share sells and buys it is logical that MM's are manipulating the PPS... we have made a list of the ones that are abusers of this and it will be sent to the SEC fraud dept... but have done this before and nothing happens, no follow-up which only makes us believe the SEC is in on it, at least the folks we sent it to that work for the SEC fraud dept. Dont let the very shorts on this board tell you there is no MM manipulation they do that to help their short position.
