Why do you believe that TLD is being withheld until the journal article? Is TLD so fuzzy that it can’t be understood within proper context without further analysis? I really don’t get this…efficacy for nearly all secondary endpoints, and perhaps on PFS - but silence for 15 months!

The explanation I was given is a JA will not allow TLD prior to the publication. But many credible posters on this board believe that’s just an excuse, that medical journals don’t necessarily care.

So, now we’re in grey area - something just doesn’t add up. I’m one of the few longs on this board that will accept horrible managerial judgement as a reasonable explanation. I’ve already discounted for that; If that’s the reason, then I’m good. It’s the science and the likelihood for approval that matters at this point, and that’s why the grey area talk is unnerving.

And what I also find unnerving is I typically spell gray with an “a” and now I realize everyone is spell grey with an “e”.
