I think it's very possible Lincoln is getting a bad name because the companies using Lincoln are mostly Bogus OTC or Pink sheet companies. If the company keeps diluting shares, the stock is going down. There are a few companies that used Lincoln in a positive manner and those stocks are flourishing. So was Lincoln really the problem, or the companies using them?

Keep in mind, this technology wasn't needed back then. They have been preparing for the future. The technology is needed now. At least in this instance, it is probably not a smart idea to think that because the company has been around for 20 years, they would never succeed.
