Thank you for not bashing me and understanding that more material details can come after we file official Yearly Report what will be much earlier that requires to be done with 90 days.

This year has been quite successful and serves as teping stone for further development so we want to have the filing in place ASAP.

As for upgrading the company status on the trading platform- you are right that unril the financial crisis of 2008/2009 we have been on Nasdaq. You are also right that we are assessing that we a clean slate and accomplishments to date we can return on a higher exchang.


Actually we do not need to go to OTCQB first. There are paths that can allow us to go back on NASDAQ especially since we are the same company as we were and already meet number of requirements such as number of investors, being DEWAC ( electronic shares issuance) absolutely clean records, not being a shell , approx. $1M revenues, the unchanged company profile etc etc..

Requirements to be listed on OTCBQ are very similrat that those of NASDAQ and the cost is actually siilra and we are now tackling the question should we take the intermediate step and go to OTCBQ or work a bit harder ( e.g find a good partnership) and try to go directly to NASDAQ. OTCBQ is after all still an OTC platform.



Four most important things we know we need to do to upgrade to either platform are:

Increase the revenues and earnings.

Clean the debt

Establish the right partnerships that facilitate and accelerate two above points

Increase shares value through the shares retirement or buyout



These are stragegic deciosins we did not make yet but they will be forthcoming . We certainly are committed to grow.
