from 1.3 to where we are now? 100% yes. You can not expect to add more shares to the market place without the SP to go down aka the MC remaining the same without addional offcial news from the company.

adding substantion (120 million) shares to the O/S of NWBO has consequences as what we have witnessed the last 8 months or so resulting of SP going down. If not a listed company can just artificuly blow up its market cap without making any announced progress. MC = SP x OS

Its the price we pay for NWBO staying quite AND adding 120 million shares to the market place at the same time

ofcourse after publication/ Advent certification this will all have changed
