I guess I am showing my ignorance with auditing firms...but that seems so misplaced. Unless they actually worded it more softly...


The rest of your story is funny as hell(unfortunately). By unfortunately, I mean the ineptitude of not knowing the percentage held and type..and of course...the IRS.
