IFUS shareholders can now buy and sell shares of IFUS without going through a broker.

Several complaints to SEC by Long term Shareholders attorneys removed the restriction.

In my opinion the letter seeking records from Schwab of the number of Pink Sheet current and compliant companies since Sept 28th that were since unable to be traded without a broker helped.


Possibly the discussion of damages and Fiduciary Reasonability also influenced their prompt decision...LOL
