If SA seeks to reopen, he’s got a criminal problem AND really exposes himself to new evidence being presented. As I’ve read in other posts, JS hid his association with SA and had his shares listed under a different name. That’s a very serious charge and this would reverse any judgement. The problem with this is SA has no legal standing, it’s passed on to ACRA
