Xeriant is not required to pay $1M per month, so says the JV Agreement.

In fact, Xeriant is not required to pay more than the initial $1M.
JV Agreement says so.

But we also know that gross $6.05M was raised for the JV Agreement payment to XTI Aircraft.

We can reasonably conclude about $7M from Xeriant has been paid to the JV Agreement as paid to XTI Aircraft.

We cwn also reasonably conclude that Xeriant therefore owns about and at least 7% of XTI Aircraft.
