I know it's speculation and opinion, but what do you think here?

You know my opinion that they never really had it "boxed up and ready for the UPS truck" on August 19. I thought that was bullsh.

The MO doesn't align, constant nauseating tweets about everything from CSS color schemes to wall paper in the new office, but not a peep about "Officially Submitted!" Like a picture of the ELD cert submission form or something....
