This glass is half empty rhetoric will never get you paid. Have you ever met a wealthy person that was a pessimist?

The flipside is that we have an entity that's been public for 24 years. It's survived wars, recessions, crashes, power outages, tornados, hurricanes, floods, bubbles, pandemics and LGB. Yet it wont go away. We had a $0.20 bid by a group that included legal IP and technology experts, that was rejected. We are now in the courts of West Texas, which are known for being more claimant friendly.

There are risks here, but without such risk you'd be paying well north of $0.20 and that's what 95% of people do. The risk/reward profile here is eye popping. I have invested in a few of these IP cases and can say that you can read PACER and digest self proclaimed IP expert analysis but a jury, if it gets that far, can get you paid or rug pulled. Therefore risk/reward analysis here or anywhere is what will get you paid.
