On the other hand, no one has verified or disproven the PR
about $50 million that HLS put into escrow for the IDWD
buyout.

There's a lot of things no one can verify. I saw you asked that other board today about the missing $50 million and so far the number one big mouth guy has ignored your question.

No one can prove it, so IMO it never happened.
