TVR CONSORTIUM
In early 2013 a small group of like-minded people met up for the first time, to discuss a possible business venture, the acquisition, repatriation and subsequent resurrection of TVR. With business venture histories as varied as you could imagine, from aviation to property, from law to computer gaming, from international sales to medical equipment manufacture, there was one major connection between them all, a deep and passionate love affair with cars. A good number of the investors hold MSA race licences and have raced everything including MX5s, road going sports cars and Caterhams through to Group C Le Mans cars and Historic Formula One machinery. And lots of TVRs of course!

The opportunity to be part of doing something, that many had thought impossible, was too tempting to resist and the consortium for the acquisition of TVR was formed. In mid 2013 the consortium was proud to announce its success with the acquisition and repatriation of TVR.

Since 2013 the consortium has used its vast business experience to chart a way through the automotive world, acknowledging that it needed the right help from the right people at the right time. This has led to the resurrection of TVR and the first of the next generation of TVRs to be launched at the Goodwood Revival 2017. The consortium has grown a little since that first meeting, but the overriding passion for cars, for success, for TVR is the same now as it ever was.
