I agree with you. I think if they had intended an uplist via r/s, knowing their outstanding shares including warrants, they would most likely have done it at the annual shareholder’s meeting. I do not think it would make sense now, despite my frustration that we are on the OTC, which I think absent a r/s, was unavoidable.

I can also see why they likely thought a r/s then was unthinkable.

I believe they likely have something else planned for now. Of course, I could be wrong and this is all IMHO.
