They don't just show up on CUBV but they are the New OTCX and show up on any stock that tries to move up and try and suppress it the SEC needs to shut them down for their Manipulation and naked short selling... GTSM I believe just naked short sells I always see it with huge blocks on all the market ever since the SEC started cracking down on the OTCM they are a pos as well
