Ceo wants to complete the merger. Last week sell off from pure frustration and impatience from a large holder. Nothing has changed.

The merger still wants to be completed by both parties. One final piece left which is this court battle. Merger company not concerned with the court battle. They just want a clean and complete shell if they are going to merge into anything that’s a public entity.

Continue to exercise patience. Some of us have been waiting for months here
